Ethics
Working in the field of humanitarianism requires a high degree of ethical conduct, if only because the people we work with in humanitarian studies are implicitly vulnerable.
This section has been divided into two - Ethics in Research and Ethics in Practice. However, the division is rather artificial in nature, as there is a great deal of overlap between what those in humanitarian studies do in terms of their studies, including data collection and program evaluation, and what practitioners engage with in their work in the field.
